Living Space

The kitchen, indoor dining and living are open plan with large folding doors opening both sides of the room, creating a bright and breezy space. The living room is set beneath a spectacular vaulted ceiling which provides a visual splendor that also cools the environment. A stunning water feature off the living and dining room, showcasing a beautiful carved Buddha face creates an air of calm and serenity.

Outdoor Space

The private 10 meter pool includes an integral Jacuzzi/cum baby pool that sits adjacent to a beautiful sala.

The sala, fitted out as one large day bed, provides respite from the heat of the day as well as a fantastic venue for the whole group to come together.

The outdoor bar  is a great place to enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down and with the 32″ LCD, you can even watch your favourite football team in action while enjoying the benefits of the tropical weather.

For families and peace of mind we also have an optional pool fence available.

Massage/Fitness Room

Truly let go of those daily stresses as you relax and unwind with an massage in your very own massage room.

Equipped with two beds, you and your loved ones can escape and lets those tensions melt away.

Feeling more energetic, lay out fitness mats and its the perfect place for pilates or your yoga practice.

The room comes with a 32 inch LED TV, DVD player, speakers and full length mirrors.

5 Bedrooms Villa

Three beautiful bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own modern en suite bathroom and their own individual style open onto the pool.

Garden Suite –

A  separate garden villa is ideal for young families, providing two connecting charming bedrooms and an adjoining TV room.

If more beds are required there is even a daybed in the TV room so the garden suite can comfortably accommodate upto five guests. The garden suite comes with a spacious attached bathroom that is the one shared bathroom of the property.

The TV room like the main villa living room, is set beneath an elegant Thai style vaulted roof.

All rooms in the villa have a TV and DVD player. In the garden suite, there is a 36 inch TV and DVD player in the adjoining TV room.

High Tech

Living An excellent sound system using Denon amps and JBL speakers, give surround sound TV in the living and dining room and can also pipe music to the outside bar and sala.

The system allows guest to plug their own devices into the integral sound system or sign in to their Apple account through the Apple TV.

The villa is equipped with mood lighting using a Vantage system that dims and creates a seductive ambiance at night.

The villa is also fitted out with a number of universal power sockets in each room so that for appliances using 240v no adapters are required.

Free wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa as well as cable TV in all the bedrooms. ( For garden suite Cable TV is provided in the TV room.)

Security

As part of  the latest phase of the prestigious Sai Taan Villas, Villa offers the safety of a gated community professionally managed by  with 24 hour security.

Management and Staffing The villa is privately owned and managed by a team of experience hospitality industry staff.

The villa staff are available daily from 9-5pm to cook (additional fees may apply), clean and provide a shuttle service around the local area in the villa car as well as your concierge needs.

All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

3 travel cots and a pull out bed are available.

The extra bed can comfortably fit in the master, or junior suite. There is also a daybed in the garden suite TV room that can be used for sleeping.

Free wireless internet is also accessible throughout the villa.

Cable TV with international sports, news and movies channels as well as Children’s channels, MTV and foreign language channels.
