The 8 bedroom luxury villa in Patong, Phuket sleeps up to 16 adults + kids

4 sea view bedrooms and 3 tropical jungle view bedrooms each include their very own en suite bathroom.

All bedrooms include their own television with access to platinum package television channels.

The cinema room includes a very big internet TV along with the office room which also converts to optional 8th bedroom with sofa bed.

This office/bedroom connects to one of the lower level twin bedroom bathrooms.

With 5 king size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds each that can be pushed together to form one large bed), the villa offers complete flexibility to accommodate all group types.

Three of the  king size bedrooms are located on the top level along with the cinema room.

Each bedroom has its very own private bathroom (two of which include Jacuzzi bath and shower combined) and one with shower.

Each bedroom has its own private balcony and sea views.

On the main level, two more king size bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with combined bath and shower, the lounge which opens onto the pool area and another terrace with more sun chairs and private terrace nook with bright colored orange day bed.

The indoor dining can host up to 16 adults and opens onto the pool area and fully equipped modern kitchen. This level also includes a toilet with shower.

Below the pool area are two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, the office room with sofa bed, internet TV and desk for computer, this room connect to both bedrooms and has access to one of the bathrooms via a separate entrance.

A few steps down from this area leads to the kid’s room and pool table room.

Accessed via another downstairs staircase leading from the pool area, is the staff area with two rooms for the live in staff.

The staff will offer concierge services, light babysitting upon request such as watching the kids while parents quietly dine or at additional small cost staff will babysit until the late hours while parents go out.

Kitchen

The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood over a center island design with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.

Living Room

A tropical view living room, with folding doors that allow the room to be totally opened, offers great views of Phuket lush tropical rain forest and private swimming pool.

Bedrooms

The villa is comprised of 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the lush greenery and or sea views for some top level bedrooms.

All eight bedrooms are equipped flat screen television with USB outlet, and  platinum package stations from True Visions cable.

All rooms are air conditioned and include a ceiling fan and safe box.

Pool

The private salt water chlorinated swimming pool is located on the villas main level and surrounded by a long wrap around terrace which leads from a king size bedroom to the main living room and indoor dining, kitchen and leading over to another bedroom.

A high quality internet booster system has been installed to provide high speed internet throughout.
