Lower Level

In this 5 bedroom two huge master bedrooms plus a large double room on this level. The master bedroom and large bedroom in the northern wing of this level share a common reading area/office and the second master bedroom on the southern wing has an addition of four specially built bunk beds in addition to the large king size bed, to accommodate young children.

All three rooms open out to the 24 meter lap pool surrounded by a huge timber decking and full length bench seating. There is also a fully equipped audio/visual room with a karaoke set on this level. This room is most popular with our guests.

Entrance level

The indoor dining area and living room both lead out to well appointed and located viewing decks are on the northern end of this level. The covered outdoor dining area on this area has full views of the Andaman Sea and it is surrounded by the full size infinity line pool and a large sun deck area equipped with sun beds and deck chairs.

Fully enclosed back of house facilities such as a large modern kitchen, pantry and storage area, laundry and staff quarters are also located on this level

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms are located on this level which is the high point of the villa. The western room has uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounds and the other room looks out to the villa’s private vegetable garden.

There is a two car covered car port plus additional parking spaces at the entrance to the villa

Master bedroom

Huge split level room with the sleeping area on the upper level comprising a large king bed with personal television. The lower level is a fully furnished lounge area overlooking the lap pool.

The bathroom is large with hand cut terrazzo finishing to the walls and floor. You have a choice of a long relaxing bath in a sunken bath or a nice refreshing shower in a separate area of the bathroom.

Adjoining Bedroom.

This room was designed for guests who want to be close to young children or infants. The room is fully furnished and equipped with a king size bed plus an alcove to fit a cot for infants

Master Bedroom 2

This room is located separately in the southern wing and is identical in size to master bedroom 1 but on one level. In addition to a king size bed there is a high quality purpose built bunk bed that can accommodate 4 children. The room is huge and there is a furnished sitting area. The bath room is also of the highest quality with floor and wall finishing in hand cut terrazzo, sunken bath and separate shower.

All three of these rooms are on the lower level and open up to the lap pool and viewing deck areas.

Indoor Dining/Lounge Areas

There is a round dining table that sits 10 comfortably and more if necessary. It has a nice outlook to the north, south and west and a nice quiet place to dine in an air conditioned environment. The adjoining lounge room is fitted out with ample lounge seats for 10 or more adults to comfortably relax on.

Viewing Platforms and Decks

There are two viewing decks on the lower level, one of which has 28 mtrs of bench seating and the other a small quiet and private area with Outdoor seating. Perfect for quiet reading.

There are three separate decks on the entrance level and it is from here that the best views of the sea and surrounds can be had, not forgetting of course the stunning sunsets.

Covered Outdoor Dining Area

This is especially popular in the evenings. Dine to the sounds of the sea lapping against the rocks below and sparkling views of the local fishing fleet out on the horizon

Audio Visual Room

Equipped with a full screen and projector to watch the latest movies or use the karaoke equipment for a more raucous time.
